Service Activation
That's it!Your service will be activated within 5 working days after your related Fibre service goes live. If you're an existing customer, we'll ship your handset as soon as your order is confirmed. New customers can expect to receive their handset few days after your broadband has been installed.

Can I use my regular phone with Digital Voice?
Currently this is not possible without testing your device as there are some compatibility related checks we need to make. For more information please contact our sales at [number] or sales@g.network.
Can I add a cordless phone to the one that comes in the bundle?
Yes, however you will need to purchase this yourself. The recommended handset is Yealink W73H which will connect to your W73P base station station using WAP. For more information please contact our in-life support team by email [TBC] or by calling them on [TBC].
How can I access the self-service portal?
Our provisioning team should have already walked you through this as part of your onboarding journey. For more information, please get in touch with them by email [TBC] or by calling them on [TBC].
Am I able to make international calls using Digital Voice?
All our Digital Voice plans include international dialing to the following countries:
- USA
- Canada
- Ireland
- Australia
- New Zealand
You can choose optional extras to add more international destinations.
Can I make calls if there is a power cut?
Digital Voice operates through our full fibre broadband network. In the event of a local power cut, your phone service will be affected, and you won't be able to make or receive calls, including emergency services. Only when power is restored, calls will connect to 999 services. To ensure your safety during power cuts or network outages, we strongly recommend having an alternative way to contact emergency services.
