    Verify Router

    Our team will be in touch to verify the serial number on your G.Network router.

  3. 03

    Activate service

    Once your order has been processed we aim to activate your service within 3 working days**

** If your property does not have a G.Network router, the service activation can take up to 7 days.

Moving in FAQs.

What should I expect when I move in?

Your new home will already be connected to Full Fibre Gigafast broadband. In most cases, a G.Network router will already be available in the property. If it's not, please contact our team on 0808 196 9467 and they will get one sent out to you.

Where can I find the Serial number of the router?

The serial number can be found on the back of your G.Network router. See the photo below to see the location.

What happens if the property does not have G.Network equipment when I move in?

Please get in touch with our Sales team at sales@g.network or call 0808 196 9467 and they will arrange one for you.
