Moving out FAQs.

Can I take my G.Network service with me when I leave?

You will need to place a new order for G.Network services at your new address, provided your new address is within our serviceable footprint. You can check this by using our postcode checker here.

Once an order is placed, you will either be provided with new equipment or the new address may already have G.Network equipment in it.

Why am I required to leave the equipment behind?

This ensures a smooth transition for the next occupant and reduces electronic waste. It is the easiest and most sustainable way.

Where can I find the Serial number of the router?

The serial number can be found on the back of your G.Network router. Please see the below picture for further guidance....
