Will the price of my business broadband increase during the contract?

That means if you join one of our broadband tariffs, you’ll be paying the same price every month throughout your contract. No unpleasant surprises, just great value, full fibre broadband.

Well, unsurprisingly, there’s a lot more to it than that, especially when it comes to making sure you’ve got the right package and support for your business broadband.

Business broadband means getting a package that is tailored to the needs of businesses of all different sizes, which can be very different to those of a regular home broadband user. It’s set up to deliver the service that is needed in workplaces like offices, where there can be hundreds of people using the internet at the same time. 

Do I need business broadband?

For small businesses and entrepreneurs working from home, there might be the temptation to save money by opting for a regular home broadband deal, but for improved customer service and security alone, getting a business broadband package would be highly recommended for any business.

I'm not happy with my current broadband speeds, can I switch to G.Network?

Whether or not your broadband provider has put up their prices, you could still leave your contract penalty free if you’re not getting the speed you were promised. If you’re noticing slower speeds, make sure it’s not just a temporary fault with the network, and if it isn’t, you can leave your contract early. 

At G.Network, if you’re not satisfied with our service, you can leave at any time within the first 3 months of your contract with no penalties.
