Buyout Offer.
If you're in contract with another provider and you switch to G.Network while still in contract, we're offering up to £150 to cover your early exit fees.
Check availability in your area, select one of our 2 year packages and checkout. We'll be in touch so you can register for our buyout offer, and we'll send the money straight to your bank account once your claim is approved (Full terms and conditions below).
Switch and Claim.
1. Order your Full-Fibre plan
Check availability in your area, choose the speed that’s right for you and checkout or call us on 020 3909 4555.
2. Register for the buyout offer
Once you've ordered, we'll send you a quick email asking you to register for the offer.
3. Relax while we set up your speedy new broadband
We’ll give you the heads-up via email to let you know when your broadband service with us is activated.
4. Cancel your previous contract.
It’s time to let your previous provider know you’re leaving. Just give their customer service or retention team a call (or check if they offer online cancellation). Keep in mind, most providers require 30 days’ notice before the cancellation is complete.
5. Keep an eye on your mailbox.
Your old provider will send you a final bill with your early exit fee – which might be called an ‘early termination charge’ or similar – on the bill. This will either be email to you or uploaded to your account.
6. Upload your final bill.
We'll send you a link to a secure online portal where you can easily upload a copy of your final bill showing the early exit fee. Remember – we’ll cover up to £150 of this early exit cost, not the final bill for the service itself.
7. Get your cash.
As long as you've registered, submitted your bill by July 31st, 2024, and everything checks out, we'll send up to £150 straight to your bank account within 10 working days.
Buyout Offer FAQ's.
How do I know if I am still in contract?
Log in to your provider's online account portal, either through their app or website. There, you should be able to easily find your contract end date by selecting the product, package, service, or order. Alternatively, you can contact your provider's customer service team to check.
How can I find my final bill?
We recommend you download your final bill from your online account with your previous provider. Once your service is terminated, it usually takes somewhere between 5 and 30 days for your provider to issue your final bill.
The process for finding your final bill might differ slightly based on your provider. Here is a general guide to help you track it down:
- Select “Billing & Payments”
- Click “Latest bill or Billing history or Billing summary”.
- Click Download PDF next to the date you’re interested in
After downloading your final bill, you will need to submit it through our online portal. We will send you an email reminder with a link to access this portal, making the process as smooth as possible.
Remember – make sure your service with us is activated before submitting your final bill.
My claim was rejected, what next?
Each claim is different, so there are a few reasons why this might happen. We recommend that you go over our terms and conditions below again to double-check you qualify for the buyout offer. We want to help as much as possible, so even if your claim wasn't approved initially, you’ll have one more chance to submit it again and we’ll be happy to take another look.
How do I get paid?
You will receive an email asking you to upload your final bill to our online portal. Our team will then process your claim and make sure it all lines up with our terms and conditions. Once validated, we will get in touch and request your bank account details for payment. Please make sure that the name on your bank account matches the name on your G.Network order. After you have provided these details, you will receive payment within 10 working days. Your payment will be either the full amount of your exit fee, or £150, whichever is lower.
When will I be paid?
First, your full-fibre broadband connection with us must be live.
Successful claims are typically processed within 30 days of being registered. We will keep you updated via email on the progress of your claim and let you know if any additional information is required.
Been waiting for more than 30 days? Email us at contractbuyout@g.network with your G. Network order number and full address. We will check why there’s a hold-up.
