Become a Sales Operations Associate (Data & Compliance) at G.Network.

We are seeking a Data & Compliance specialist ensure compliance with wayleave agreements and related processes. In this role, you will own processes and systems requirements, ensure all wayleaves meet a minimum level and data & legal compliance, countersign wayleaves and manage the relationship with 3rd party partners.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify inconsistencies, errors, and duplicates in the CRM and other sales-related databases.
  • Lead in the creation and maintenance of sales process documentation, including workflows, guidelines, and compliance procedures.
  • Lead in training sales team members on data entry best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and integrations to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
  • Own processes and systems requirements for wayleave compliance.
  • Ensure data validation in the CRM before a wayleave is accepted.
  • Ensure legal compliance for all wayleaves.
  • Countersign wayleaves on behalf of G.Network.
  • System owner of Juro – G.Network’s wayleave platform.
  • Relationship owner for our 3rd party wayleave legal team.
  • Relationship & Data owner for 3rd party wayleave acquisition partners.

Qualifications, personal qualities and experience

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in G.Network’s Salesforce platform.

Beneficial qualifications or experience

Knowledge of legal compliance requirements for wayleaves preferred.
