Update: State Funeral Impact.

An update from us 

We are deeply saddened at the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Our thoughts at G.Network are with the Royal Family. 

As the Queen will be lying in state from 14 September – 19 September, London boroughs have put certain restrictions in place during this time.  

A lot of streets on our network are affected by these restrictions, particularly in Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Camden, Islington, and Hammersmith & Fulham. 

For G.Network and our customers, this means we’ll be experiencing some delays during this time and for some time afterwards, due to the backlog of work. 

Customers may be impacted in different ways, but we’ll try and keep you up to date as much as possible. 

• If you’ve been told your street will be made live soon, then this date might be pushed back. 
• If you’ve placed an order with us and are waiting for a confirmed installation date, this might be delayed if we’re restricted from accessing our network. 
• If you’re experiencing an outage, we’ll aim to get it fixed as quickly as possible. However, the restrictions may mean we might not be able to access some of our network to fix the issue. 

Since we’re improving London’s connectivity, our work is deemed critical. That means, where possible, we’ll continue to roll out our network across London during this time.
